You’ve carried a lot - maybe for longer than you realize
Sometimes it’s hard to put into words what feels off. Maybe it’s the constant tension in your body, the sense that something bad is always about to happen, or how even when you’re surrounded by people, you still feel alone. You’ve learned how to keep going — to hold it all together, to show up for everyone else, to keep performing at work, at home, and in relationships, but inside, it’s exhausting.
You might notice yourself on edge, replaying conversations, or struggling to rest even when you’re tired. The smallest things can feel overwhelming, and yet you keep pushing forward because that’s what you’ve always done. For a long time, surviving meant staying busy, staying strong, and not letting anyone see the cracks. But lately, you might be realizing that holding everything in comes with a cost — to your body, your peace, and your sense of who you are.
What if you didn’t have to carry it all alone?
Therapy can be a place to lay some of it down - to understand why you’ve had to be so strong for so long and to start healing the parts of you that learned safety means control or self-sacrifice. Together, we’ll slow things down, listen to what your mind and body have been trying to tell you, and gently untangle the patterns that once helped you survive but now keep you stuck.
You don’t have to keep managing or pretending. In therapy, you can begin to feel safe again - in your own skin, in your relationships, and in the life you’re creating. It’s not about fixing who you are; it’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the pressure, the perfectionism, and the pain.

I see you.. even the parts you’ve learned to hide.
I’ve always wanted people to walk away from an interaction with me feeling lighter — like something finally makes sense, or like they can see their struggle with a bit more compassion. That same intention shapes how I show up as a therapist.
Clients describe me as calm, grounded, and genuine — someone who brings a steady presence to the tough stuff. I’m comfortable sitting with pain, confusion, and uncertainty. You don’t have to censor yourself here or rush to make sense of things that still feel tangled. I’ll meet you exactly where you are. You set the pace; I’ll walk alongside you.
As we bring compassion and curiosity to those patterns, you’ll begin to rebuild confidence, self-trust, and a deeper connection to yourself.
I draw from EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), mindfulness, and trauma-focused CBT — approaches that help your brain and body process what they’ve been holding onto. But our sessions won’t feel clinical or rigid. They’ll feel like real conversations rooted in safety and respect, guided by what you need most each step of the way.
My goal isn’t to make you retell every painful memory.
It’s to help you find relief in the present — to feel more grounded in your body, more at ease in relationships, and more like yourself. Healing isn’t about erasing what happened; it’s about seeing your story differently, with compassion instead of shame, and learning that you no longer have to protect yourself in all the old ways. Therapy is the space where you can finally bring every part of you — the confident, the uncertain, the exhausted, the resilient — and know that each one is welcome here.
Hi I'm Ken.
I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression since middle school and have experienced several overwhelming emotional events and trauma. For years, I pushed those feelings down, trying to escape the pain. I threw myself into academics and later into my career, hoping achievement would fill the emptiness. But no matter what I accomplished, it never felt like enough — or maybe I never felt like enough.
